摘　　要：目前,随着研究者对成人慢性病照顾者照顾负担的研究不断深入,慢性病儿童照顾者的照顾负担也受到了广泛的关注。本文检索国内外相关文献,对慢性病儿童照顾者照顾负担水平、照顾负担与影响因素的相关性以及现阶段照顾负担各影响因素之间的相互作用关系进行综述,为挖掘尚未发现的影响因素以及深入探究各影响因素之间具体作用关系奠定基础,为能够量化照顾者不同时期照顾负担水平提供理论依据,以期为护理人员有针对性地开展全面、个体化的慢性病儿童的长期照护干预措施提供理论支持。At present,with the deepening of the research on the care burden of adult chronic disease caregivers,the care burden of caregivers for children with chronic disease has also received extensive attention.This paper reviews the level of care burden,the correlation between care burden and influencing factors,and the interaction between various influencing factors of care burden at the present stage.This paper lays the foundation for excavating the undiscovered influencing factors and exploring the specific correlation between the influencing factors,and provides theoretical basis for quantifying the level of care burden of caregivers in different periods,with a view to providing theoretical support for nurses to carry out comprehensive and individualized long-term care interventions for children with chronic diseases.
