摘  要:依据GB5009.15—2014,用湿式消解和干法灰化分别对油菜籽样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行试验测定。从试验的回收率、灵敏度、高效性、简便性、环保性和安全性等方面比较,从而得出两种方法的优劣。测出镉标准溶液在0~3 ng/mL,呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999 7,镉检出限0.004 0 mg/kg;方法精密度RSD<5%。该方法具有良好的线性关系、精密度和准确度,适用于油菜籽中镉的检测分析。Based on GB 5009.15-2014,the rapeseed samples were pretreated by wet digestion and dry ashing respectively,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine.From the aspects of recovery,sensitivity,efficiency,simplicity,environmental protection and safety,thus the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are given.The standard solution of cadmium was measured from 0 to 3 ng/mL,showing a good linear relationship.The correlation coefficient is 0.9997,and the detection limit of cadmium is 0.0040 mg/kg.The RSD of the method was less than 5%.This method has good linear relationship,precision and accuracy,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of cadmium in rapeseed.
