摘　　要：为解决煤气压缩机排气量不足导致能耗增加、设备工作效率降低的问题,以B-2201A/B煤气压缩机为研究对象,从气阀、活塞环、支承环等部件影响排气量不足的原因展开研究,并针对性地提出解决方案;按照规范将解决方案在煤气压缩机上实施安装后,通过实践生产验证了方案对改善煤气压缩机排气量不足的效果。In order to solve the problem of energy consumption increase and equipment working efficiency reduction caused by insufficient exhaust of gas compressor,taking B-2201A/B gas compressor as the research object,the causes of insufficient exhaust of gas valve,piston ring,support ring and other components are studied,and the solutions are put forward pertinently.After the solution is installed on the gas compressor according to the specifications,the effect of the solution on improving the insufficient exhaust capacity of the gas compressor is verified through practical production.
