摘　　要：《国际图书馆协会联合会-联合国教科文组织公共图书馆宣言(2022)》倡导“公共图书馆是社区的创造者”,佛山市图书馆“易本书”项目和“邻里图书馆”项目是我国公共图书馆服务体系建设中社区创造的典范。文章概述“公共图书馆是社区的创造者”的内涵,分析“邻里图书馆”项目和“易本书”项目的社区创造,阐释这两个项目的社区创造价值。The IFLA-UNESCO Public Library Manifesto 2022 advocates that“libraries are creators of community”.The Ex-Book and N-Library projects launched by Foshan Library have set a prime example of community creation for developing public library service system in China.This paper outlines the meaning of“libraries are creators of community”,analyzes the community creation in Ex-Book and N-Library,and explains the value of community creation generated by the two projects.
