摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace对国内外有关老年人安全用药的研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析,为我国进一步开展相关研究提供参考。方法:检索Web of Science核心合集和中国知网数据库核心期刊相关文献记录,通过CiteSpace软件对该领域发文量、发文国家/地区、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:老年人安全用药领域发文量整体呈上升趋势,发文量最多且中介中心性最大的国家是美国,发文机构以综合性大学为主;研究热点集中在评价标准、筛选工具、药物管理、多重用药、不良反应等。结论:通过CiteSpace软件直观展现了国内外老年人安全用药研究热点,而我国在此领域的研究与国外还存在一定差距,未来可借鉴国外研究将国内老年人安全用药研究内容进一步细化深入。Objective:To visually analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of medication safety for the elderly at home and abroad based on CiteSpace,so as to provide a reference for further related research in China.Methods:Relevant literature records of Web of Science core collection and the core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure were retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of publications,countries/regions,institutions and keywords in this field.Results:The number of publications in the field of medication safety for the elderly is on the rise.The country with the largest number of publications and the largest between centrality is the United States,and the publishing institutions are mainly comprehensive universities.The research hot-spots focus on evaluation criteria,screening tools,pharmaceutical administration,polypharmacy,and adverse reactions,etc.Conclusion:The CiteSpace software intuitively shows the research hot-spots of medication safety for the elderly at home and abroad.However,there is still a certain gap between the research in this field in China and abroad.In the future,foreign research can be used to further refine and deepen the research content of medication safety for the elderly in China.
