摘　　要：欧盟是我国植物及植物产品的主要出口地区之一,与我国贸易关系密切。2016年以来,欧盟陆续修订发布了一系列与植物检疫有关的法律法规,部分出口企业因未能及时按照欧盟新的植物检疫要求进行操作,导致产品出口欧盟受阻。本文介绍了欧盟植物检疫的管理机构及现行的主要植物检疫法规,系统梳理了欧盟进境植物检疫要求,为我国相关企业出口欧盟提供参考。European Union is one of the main export regions of Chinese plant and plant product and has a close trade relationship with China.Since 2016,the EU has revised and issued a series of plant quarantine laws and regulations.Some export enterprises failed to follow the new plant quarantine requirements in time,resulting unsuccessful exportation of some products to EU.This paper introduced the management organization,the current plant quarantine regulations of EU,and systematically summarized the import plant quarantine requirements of EU,provided reference for Chinese relevant enterprises exporting to the EU.
