摘  要:Mg-Gd系铸造镁合金具备轻质、高强、高耐热等特点,在航天领域拥有广阔的应用前景。析出强化是该系列合金的主要强化方式,而固溶处理作为析出强化重要的手段,对强度提升具有积极意义。综述了Mg-Gd系铸造镁合金固溶处理过程中,第二相充分溶解与晶粒长大的协同调控难题以及LPSO相、难溶方块相的组织演变,并展望了未来固溶处理Mg-Gd合金的研究方向,旨在为新型高性能稀土镁合金的开发及热处理工艺优化提供参考。Mg-Gd casting alloy has broad application prospect in aerospace field because of its advantages such as lightweight,high strength and high heat resistance.Precipitation strengthening plays the main contribution to the high strength of Mg-Gd casting alloys,and solution treatment is an important intermediate step of precipitation strengthening,which is of great significance to strength improvement.The challenge of coordinated regulation between sufficient dissolution of the secondary phase and grain growth as well as the microstructure evolution of LPSO and cubic-shaped phase of Mg-Gd casting alloys were introduced.Besides,the future research tendency of solution treatment was prospected in order to provide reference for the development and heat treatment process optimization of new high-strength Mg-Gd casting alloys.
