摘  要:通过化学成分光谱检测分析、显微组织观察、断口分析、力学性能测试等手段,对输电铁塔用设备线夹断裂失效原因进行分析。结果表明,ZL102铝合金变质处理效果不明显,金相显微组织主要为α-Al基体上不均匀分布着粗大针片状共晶Si相。合金受力时在针片状共晶Si的棱角、尖端等位置会造成应力集中,为裂纹的萌生与扩展提供条件,使其抗拉强度和伸长率仅为要求值的67.6%、36.0%。同时,材料中存在的较多孔洞、二次裂纹和铸造缩孔也加剧了设备线夹提前断裂失效。By means of chemical composition spectrum detection and analysis,microstructure observation,fracture analysis,mechanical property testing and other experimental method,the failure of equipment wire clamp for transmission tower was analyzed.The results indicate that the modification effect of ZL102 aluminum alloy forfracture equipment wire clamp is not obvious,and microstructure of the alloy is characterized by coarse needlelike eutectic Si phase,which is unevenly distributed in theα-Al matrix.Stress concentration occurs at the corners and tips of needle-like eutectic Si under stress,providing facility for crack initiation and propagation.The tensile strength and elongation after fracture are reduced to 67.6%and 36.0%of the required values.Meanwhile,there existmajor holes,secondary cracks and shrinkages,which also aggravate premature fracture failure of equipment wire clamp.
