摘  要:针对锌合金轮护板压铸过程中的效率低、品质不稳定等问题,利用Flow-3D CAST研究了热流道浇注系统和溢流槽位置对压铸过程的影响,并进行了热流道技术生产试验。结果表明,浇注系统中溢流槽的位置对压铸件品质影响较大。通过比较溢流槽的4个典型位置对铸件的影响,探求了轮护板压铸时热流道系统中溢流槽的最佳位置。采用热流道技术后锌合金材料的利用率提高了25.07%,同时锌合金压铸件内的卷气量减少了10.23%,试验结果和仿真结果一致。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and unstable quality during the die-casting process of zinc alloy wheel guard,the influence of hot runner gating system and overflow groove position on the die-casting process was investigated by the Flow-3D software,and the producing test of hot runner technology was carried out.The results indicate that overflow groove position in the gating system has a great influence on the product quality.By comparing typical positions of overflow groove on the castings,the optimal position of overflow groove in the hot runner system during wheel guard die casting was explored.The utilization rate of zinc alloy is increased by 25.07%,and the gas entrainment volume in zinc alloy die castings is reduced by 10.23%through hot runner technology,which is consistent with the simulation ones.
