摘  要:采用脉冲磁场-倾斜管复合工艺制备了6063半固态铝合金资料。研究了不同浇注温度和脉冲电压对半固态合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在未施加脉冲电压时,随着温度升高,半固态合金熔体球化效果不明显;当通入脉冲电压后,初生相晶粒得到显著细化变得圆整。其中,当脉冲电压为200 V,浇注温度为670℃时,半固态组织最佳。半固态铝合金的抗拉强度与伸长率随着脉冲电压的升高而增大。力学性能的提高主要是由于脉冲磁场改善了半固态铝合金的凝固组织形貌和晶粒尺寸。6063 semi-solid aluminum alloy slurry was fabricated by pulsed magnetic field-inclined pipe casting compound method,and effects of different pouring temperatures and pulse voltages on the semi-solid microstructure of alloys were investigated.The results indicate that the spheridization effect of the semi-solid alloy melt is slight with the increase of temperature without applying pulsed magnetic field.In contrast,the primary phase grains are significantly refined and spheridized after pulse voltage applying,where desirable semi-solid microstructure is achieved with the pulse voltage of 200 V and pouring temperature of 670 C.With the increase of pulse voltage,the tensile strength and elongation of semi-solid aluminum alloy are improved,while the enhancement of mechanical properties is attributed to the solidification morphologies and grain size modified by pulsed magnetic field.
