摘  要:以挤压AZ31B镁合金板为原料,通过温轧与退火制备了弱各向异性的镁薄板。研究了在温轧及随后退火过程中挤压镁板组织及各向异性的变化,获得在室温下具有较高综合力学性能与成形性(屈服强度>250 MPa,抗拉强度>300 MPa,伸长率>15%,杯突IE=2.8 mm),且各向异性低的板材。挤压镁板中的非基面织构将完全或部分中和后续轧制过程中的基面织构,是获得低各向异性的关键,随后的退火将进一步弱化板材的基面织构和各向异性。相比于伸长率,各向异性与成形性的相关性更大。The magnesium extruded sheet was used as the raw material to prepare thin magnesium sheet with weak anisotropy through warm rolling and annealing.The variation of the microstructure and anisotropy of extruded magnesium sheets in the process of warm rolling and subsequent annealing were investigated.Magnesium sheets with high mechanical properties and weak anisotropy can be obtained where the yield strength,ultimate strength and the elongation exceeds 250 MPa.300 MPa and 15%,respectively.It is found that the non-basal texture in the extruded sheet can neutralize or partially neutralize the basal texture in the subsequent rolling process,which is a key factor in obtaining magnesium sheet with low anisotropy.Through the subsequent annealing process,the bas-al texture and the anisotropy were further weakened.Compared to the elongation,,the degree of anisotropy is more related to the sheet formability.
