摘 要:分析了大尺寸K465镍基母合金锭产生中心缩孔的原因,通过设计正交试验,采用ProCAST软件对浇注温度、浇注速率、模具温度等工艺参数对铸锭缩孔的影响程度进行了模拟计算,研究了大尺寸K465镍基高温合金母合金锭中心缩孔的影响因素。结果表明,合金锭由外至内的晶粒分布为细小等轴晶、横向柱状晶、粗大等轴晶,当横向凝固速率过快时容易导致枝晶搭桥,阻碍上部液相向下补缩,是产生中心缩孔的主要原因。通过数值模拟计算发现,中心缩孔主要受浇注温度影响较大,对浇注速率的敏感性较小。最优浇注工艺如下:浇注温度为1420℃、浇注时间为20 s、模具温度为700℃,可大幅降低合金锭的中心缩孔尺寸。The origination for shrinkage cavity defects forming in large-scale K465 master alloy ingot was analyzed.By designing orthogonal experiment,the effect of pouring temperature,pouring rate and mold temperature on the shrinkage cavity defects in the ingot was simulated to investigate the influence factor of shrinkage cavity defects forming in K465 master alloy ingot.The results indicate that the grain distribution from outside to inside is fine equiaxed grains,transverse columnar grains and thick equiaxed grains,respectively.When the horizontal solidification rate is excessive,the dendrites bridge is easily to occur,and hinder upper liquid phase feeding downward,which is the main reason for shrinkage cavity defects.According to the numerical simulation,the occurrence of shrinkage cavity defects is greatly affected by pouring temperature,and insensitive to the pouring rate.The optimal pouring process is pouring temperature of 1420℃,filling time of 20 s and pre-heating temperature of 700℃,where the size of shrinkage cavity defects in the alloy ingot can be significantly reduced.
