摘 要:基于铝蜂窝芯板的特点和需求,结合铝蜂窝芯板加工尺寸精度要求,设计了铝蜂窝芯板切割机床。简要介绍了铝蜂窝芯板切割机床结构,分析了铝蜂窝芯板切割机床的各参数影响几何误差。通过切割实验,验证了机床设计的合理性。通过对比实验的方法,分析了铝蜂窝芯板切割机床的刀具转速、进给率、铝蜂窝板层数、切削热对机床加工误差的影响,为进一步提升铝蜂窝板的加工精度提供了方向。高精度铝蜂窝芯板专用切割机床的研制对提高铝蜂窝芯板的综合性能具有重大意义。Based on the features of aluminum honeycomb core plate and the requirements of its machining dimensional accuracy,an aluminum honeycomb core plate cutting machine tool is designed.The structure of aluminum honeycomb core plate cutting machine tool is briefly introduced,and the geometric errors affected by various parameters of aluminum honeycomb core plate cutting machine tool are analyzed.Through the cutting experiment,the rationality of the machine tool design is verified.Through the method of comparative experiment,the effects of tool speed,feed rate,number of aluminum honeycomb layers and cutting heat on the machining error of aluminum honeycomb core plate cutting machine tool are analyzed,which provides a direction for further improving the machining accuracy of aluminum honeycomb plate.The development of high-precision special cutting machine for aluminum honeycomb core plate is of great significance to improve the comprehensive performance of aluminum honeycomb core plate.
