摘 要:对铸造白口管件在935℃进行了不同时间的退火处理,观察了其中石墨的形态,并对其大小、含量进行了统计分析,结合基体金相组织的观察及硬度的测定,讨论了高温退火过程中石墨的析出规律。结果表明:当退火时间为3h时,只析出了少量的石墨,且其尺寸整体较小,此时组织中尚有较多的渗碳体;退火5h后石墨量大幅增加,且部分显著长大,组织中的渗碳体减少;退火时间超过5h后,石墨量整体呈现出缓慢增加的趋势,虽然获得了部分粗大的石墨团,但有更多细小的石墨团逐渐长大至可以清晰分辨,导致统计得到的石墨团尺寸也增加缓慢甚至减小,此时组织中的渗碳体基本消失。This study discusses the precipitation rules of graphite during annealing based on the observation of the morphology of graphite,statistical analysis of its size and content,observation of microstructure of matrix and measurement of its hardness after annealing the cast white iron at 935C in different time periods.The results show that only a small amount of graphite precipitates is precipitated after annealing for 3h,and its size is relatively small,there are stll more cementites in it.After annealing for 5h,the amount of graphite increases significantly,and some of them grow significantly,but the cementite is reduced,After annealing for more than 5h,the amount of graphite increases slowly.Although some coarse graphite clusters are obtained,more fine graphite gradually grow up to be clearly distinguishable,resulting in slow or even reduced growth of the size of graphite clusters,meanwhile the cementite is almost disappeared.
