摘  要:干法乙炔装置作为电石制乙炔行业内的主导装置,其有效的稳定性和安全指标是考量装置运行的主要指标,其中渣浆浓度的多少对装置长期运行极为关键。文章以渣浆水浓度为切入点,从生产实际情况出发,研究渣浆水浓度在工艺运行过程中的特点和主要影响,对渣浆水浓度的意外过高、系统压力异常、流量中断和乙炔泄漏4种危害方式作出详细分析,开展过程能力指数评估。依据分析结果对渣浆水浓度采取相应的预防和控制措施,以利于干法乙炔装置工艺平稳运行。As the leading device in the carbide acetylene industry,the effective stability and safety indicators of dry acetylene device are the main indicators to consider the operation of the device,and the concentration of slag slurry is very critical to the long-term operation of the device.This paper takes the slurry water concentration as the starting point,starting from the actual production situation,studies the characteristics and main effects of the slurry water concentration in the process operation,makes a detailed analysis of the four hazard modes of the slurry water concentration:accidental high,abnormal system pressure,flow interruption and acetylene leakage,and carries out the process capability index evaluation.According to the analysis results,corresponding prevention and control measures are taken for the slurry water concentration,so as to facilitate the smooth operation of the dry acetylene plant process.
