摘　　要：智能化树脂砂铸造生产线,可以实现各工序智能化、柔性化控制,从而降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率。该生产线由上料存储系统、混砂造型系统、智能机器人系统、自动翻转取模系统、物流转运系统、除尘系统、控制系统等组成,用于铸造合金的特种铸型。通过实际生产验证,该智能化树脂砂铸造生产线使人工无重体力劳动,提高了生产效率及产品质量合格率,降低车间生产成本。Intelligent resin bonded sand casting line can realize intelligent and flexible control of each process and thus to reduce labor intensity of workers and improve production eficiency.The production line is composed of material storage system,sand mixing moulding system,intelligent robot system,automatic tilting and drawing system,logistics transfer system,dust removal system,control system,etc.and is used for special casting of cast alloy.Verify the actual production,the intelligent resin bonded sand casting line makes manual labor weightless,improves production efficiency,product quality and qualified rate,and reduces production costs in the workshop.
