摘 要:由于自动化岸桥在码头运营下操作人员只需要在远控室操作岸桥,操作人员室变得可有可无,但在调试岸桥过程中一般都没有远控室,岸桥上各种操作站又不能满足调试需求,综合经济成本以及减重的考量,大部分自动化岸桥都会取消操作人员室,采用另外一种更简单轻便的操作方式:无线遥控系统。文章以广州南沙自动化项目为例,浅析NBB无线遥控系统在自动化岸桥机构的应用。Because the operator of the automated quayside bridge only needs to operate the quayside bridge in the remote control room under the operation of the terminal,the operator room becomes unnecessary,but there is generally no remote control room during the commissioning of the quayside bridge,and various operation stations on the quayside bridge cannot meet the commissioning needs.Considering the economic cost and weight reduction,most automated quayside bridges will cancel the operator room,another simpler and lighter operation mode is adopted:wireless remote control system.Taking Guangzhou Nansha Automation Project as an example,this paper analyzes the application of NBB wireless remote control system in automatic quayside bridge mechanism.
