数字经济发展对城乡收入差距的影响研究——基于系统GMM与门槛效应分析

摘　　要：文章基于2011—2020年全国30个省份的面板数据,并利用系统GMM模型和门槛回归模型深入研究数字经济发展对城乡收入差距的影响。结果表明:从全国层面来看,数字经济发展与城乡收入差距之间呈现“U”型关系,即数字经济发展与城乡收入差距之间存在非线性关系。分地区而言,东部、中部地区数字经济发展能有效收敛城乡收入差距,且中部地区数字经济发展对城乡收入差距的收敛作用大于东部地区,而西部地区的收敛作用却不显著。进一步研究发现,数字经济发展与城乡收入差距之间存在门槛效应。城镇化水平表现为单一门槛效应,消费水平表现为双重门槛效应。基于上述研究结果,文章从规范数字经济发展、努力推动城乡融合发展、提高农村居民数字素养和技能、加快实现农业农村现代化等角度提出缩小城乡收入差距的对策建议。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, and using the system GMM model and threshold regression model, this paper studies the impact of the development of digital economy on the urban-rural income gap. The results show that from the national level, the relationship between the development of digital economy and the urban-rural income gap shows a“U”shape, which means there is a nonlinear relationship between them. In terms of regions, the development of digital economy in the eastern and central regions can effectively converge the urban-rural income gap, and the convergence of the development of digital economy in the central region on the urban-rural income gap is greater than that in the eastern region, while the convergence of the western region is not significant. Further research found that there is a threshold effect between the development of digital economy and the urban-rural income gap. The level of urbanization shows a single threshold effect, while the level of consumption shows a double threshold effect. Based on the above research results, the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to narrow the urban-rural income gap from the perspectives of standardizing the development of digital economy, promoting the integration of urban and rural development, improving the digital literacy and skills of rural residents, and accelerating the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.
