摘  要:岩石抗钻特性表征参数是钻头选型和钻井参数优选的重要依据,建立抗钻特性的随钻表征和预测方法尤为重要。利用岩石抗钻特性实验和X射线荧光实验,测试了松辽盆地北部深层火成岩可钻性级值、硬度、塑性系数和元素含量,统计了各抗钻特性参数与元素含量之间的关系,揭示并归纳了各元素对抗钻特性参数的影响规律:随着Si、K、Na元素含量增加,岩石的可钻性和硬度增大,塑性系数减小;随着Al、Fe、Mg元素含量增加,岩石的可钻性和硬度减小,塑性系数增大。基于实验结果,运用多元回归分析方法,构建了基于元素含量的岩石抗钻特性参数计算模型。该研究成果能够在实际应用中实时评价地层的抗钻特性。The characterization parameters of rock anti⁃drilling properties are an important basis for the selection of drill bits and the optimization of drilling parameters.It is particularly important to establish a method for characterization and prediction of anti⁃drilling properties while drilling.In this paper,the drillability,hardness,plasticity coefficient and element content of deep igneous rocks in the northern Songliao Basin are tested by rock anti⁃drilling characteristic experiment and XRF experiment,and the relationship between each anti⁃drilling characteristic parameter and element content is calculated.The influence of each element on anti⁃drilling parameters is revealed.With the increase of Si,K,Na element content,the drillability and hardness of the rock increase,and the plasticity coefficient decreases;with the increase of Al,Fe,Mg element content,the drillability and hardness decrease,and the plasticity coefficient increases.Based on the experimental results and the multiple regression analysis,a calculation model of rock anti⁃drilling parameters based on element content is constructed.According to the research results,the formation anti⁃drilling properties can be evaluated real⁃timely in practical application.
