国内外粘胶混纺纱性能对比分析

摘　　要：国外进口粘胶价格波动较大且易出现缺货断货现象,为探究产量与质量均已达到一定水平且价格相对低廉的国内粘胶纤维对国外粘胶纤维的可替代性,选择与粘胶纤维性能相近的棉纤维、与粘胶纤维互补性较强的涤纶纤维分别与粘胶纤维进行混纺实验,采用相同纺纱工艺纺制粘胶/涤纶(70/30)和精梳棉/粘胶(60/40)2种常用的粘胶混纺纱,每组纱线设计2种不同的线密度,并对比国内外粘胶混纺纱的性能差异。实验结果表明:因粘胶品牌的不同,国内外粘胶混纺纱在某些性能上存在一定的差异,但总体而言性能差异不大,因此在企业生产时,可优选价格较低的国产粘胶纤维,以提高企业的经济效益。The price of foreign imported viscose fluctuates greatly and it′s easy to be out of stork.In order to explore the substitutability of domastic viscose with a certain level of output and quality and relatively low price to foreign viscose,cotton fibers with similar properties to viscose fiber and polyester fibers with strong complementarity with viscose fiber were blended with viscose fibers.Two commonly used viscose blended yarns of viscose/polyester(70/30)and combed cotton viscose(60/40)were spun with the same spinning process.Two different linear densities were designed for each group of yarns to compare the performance differences of viscose blended yarns at home and abroad.The experimental results show that there are some differences in some properties of viscose blended yarns at home and abroad due to the different viscose brands,while the overall performance difference is small.Therefore,the domestic viscose fibers with lower price can be selected in the production of enterprises to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
