摘  要:为了提高芳纶织物的染色深度,减轻印染企业的环保压力,选取3种阳离子染料,利用自制的酰胺类载体,在高温条件下对间位芳纶织物进行染色,探讨各影响因素对间位芳纶织物染色效果的影响,并对染色工艺进行优化。实验结果表明:当染料用量为5.5%(owf)时,间位芳纶织物阳离子染料载体深色染色的最佳染色工艺为:载体质量浓度50~55 g/L,pH值4.0~4.5,染色温度130℃,氯化钠质量浓度40~45 g/L,染色保温时间50~60min。该染色工艺条件下间位芳纶织物K/S值最高可达20.35;耐日晒色牢度可达3~4级;干、湿耐摩擦色牢度可达到4~5级;耐水洗的变色和沾色色牢度均可达到4~5级。In order to improve the dyeing depth of aramid fabric and reduce the environmental pressure of printing and dyeing enterprises,three kinds of cationic dyes were selected to dye meter aramid fibers with self-made carriers at high temperature.The influence of various factors on the dyeing effect was discussed,and the dyeing process was optimized.The experimental results show that when the amount of dye is 5.5%(owf),the optimal dyeing process of meter aramid fabric as follows:carrier dosage 50-55 g/L,pH value 4.0-4.5,sodium chloride dosage 40-45 g/L,dyeing at 130℃for 50-60 min.The dyeing process can make the maximum K/S value of the dyed aramid fabric reach 20.35.The sun fastness can reach 3-4.Dry and wet color fastness to friction can reach 4-5.The color fastness and color fastness of washing can reach 4-5.
