摘 要:为提升纺织产业绿色全要素生产率,实现纺织产业高质量发展,以全国31个省的纺织产业为研究对象,使用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM-ML模型,测算2012—2020年绿色全要素生产率,然后通过Tobit模型对技术创新、产业规模、环境规制、对外开放、技术积累5个因素给绿色全要素生产率带来的影响进行了实证分析。结果显示:我国纺织产业绿色全要素生产率呈现波动增长,从2016年开始呈现稳步提升趋势;从区域层面看,东部地区纺织产业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)明显高于西部地区和中部地区;从指数分解看,绿色技术效率指数(GEC)对绿色全要素生产率的影响度要大于绿色技术进步指数(GTC);技术创新、产业规模、环境规制、对外开放、技术积累5个因素对纺织产业绿色全要素生产率都具有正向推动作用,其中技术创新对纺织业绿色全要素生产率的正向影响作用最大。最后依据结论提出提高中国纺织产业绿色全要素生产率的政策建议。Promoting green total factor productivity is of great significance for achieving high-quality development of the textile industry.The textile industry of 31 provinces were taken as the research object,and the super-efficiency SBM-ML model including undesired output was used to calculate its green total factor productivity from 2012 to 2020,then Tobit model was used to making an empirical analysis of five factors,including technological innovation,industrial scale,environmental regulation,opening to the outside world,and technological accumulation.The results show that the green total factor productivity of China′s textile industry has a fluctuating growth,but the green total factor productivity has been steadily increasing since 2016.From a regional perspective,the GTFP index of the textile industry in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the western and central regions.From the index decomposition,the green technology efficiency index(GEC)has a greater impact than the green technology progress index(GTC).The five factors of technological innovation,industrial scale,environmental regulation,opening to the outside and technological accumulation,all have a positive effect on the GTFP of the textile industry,technological innovation has the huge influence.Finally,policy recommendations for improving the green total factor productivity of China′s textile industry are put forward.
