摘 要:高炉煤气精脱硫过程中采用湿法脱除无机硫时会产生大量的含硫废水,若处理不当,不仅会污染环境、危害身体健康,而且严重限制高炉煤气精脱硫行业的可持续发展。针对此问题,进行了含硫废水的空气催化氧化法实验研究。对比4种催化剂在空气催化氧化法处理含硫废水过程中的氧化效率,研究了催化剂含量、气泡大小对氧化率的影响和氧化含硫废水过程中的硫化氢逸出率。结果表明,氧化锰和氧化铜的催化氧化效果较好,较优条件下氧化5 h,氧化率接近80%;通过增加催化剂含量和减小气泡直径都可以在一定程度上提高催化氧化效率;整个实验的硫化氢逸出率在1%~5%。In the process of blast furnace gas fine desulfurization,the use of wet method to remove inorganic sulfur will produce a large amount of sulfur-containing wastewater,improper treatment will not only pollute the environ ment,endanger the health of the body and seriously limit the sustainable development of the blast furnace gas fine de sulfurization industry.In view of this problem,the air catalytic oxidation method of sulfur-containing wastewater was carried out experimentally.Compared the oxidation efficiency of four catalysts in the treatment of sulfur-containing wastewater by air-catalytic oxidation,the effects of catalyst content and bubble size on the oxidation rate and the es cape rate of hydrogen sulfide in the process of oxidation of sulfur-containing wastewater were studied.The experimen tal results show that the catalytic oxidation effect of manganese oxide and copper oxide is better,and the oxidation rate is close to 80%under better conditions for 5 hours.The catalytic oxidation efficiency can be improved to a certain ex tent by increasing the catalyst content and reducing the bubble diameter,and the escape rate of hydrogen sulfide in the whole experiment is 1%-5%.
