摘 要:将自主设计的新型同步六棱转子和共流转子分别装配在串联式密炼机平台的上、下游,采用串联式密炼法探究了最佳的串联式再生工艺。结果表明,当上游密炼机转速为55~60 r/min、温度为60~65℃、密炼时间14 min左右和下游密炼机转速为50~55 r/min、温度为60~70℃、混炼时间为12~14 min时,所得再生胶性能最佳,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断伸长率分别可达14.53 MPa, 47.5 kN/m和371.15%,门尼粘度最低可达51。该工艺方法为橡胶再生提供了一种新的思路。The new self-designed synchronous hexagonal rotor and co-flow rotor were respectively assembled on the upstream and downstream of the tandem mixer platform and the best tandem regeneration process was explored by using the tandem compacting method.The results showed that the best performance of the regenerated rubber was obtained when the speed of the upstream mixer was 55~60 r/min with the temperature of 60~65℃and the mixing time of about 14 min,and when the speed of the downstream mixer was 50~55 r/min with the temperature of 60~70℃and the mixing time of 12~14 min.The tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break could reach 14.53 MPa,47.5 kN/m and 371.15%respectively,and the Mooney viscosity could reach up to a minimum of 51.This process provides a new idea for rubber regeneration.
