摘 要:餐厨垃圾(kitchen waste, KW)的处理已经成为当前我国炙手可热的问题。本文提出“餐厨垃圾与水稻秸秆混合热解”的方法,并利用热重实验结合等转化法(FWO、KAS)对餐厨垃圾、水稻秸秆及混合样进行热解动力学进行研究。20℃/min下餐厨垃圾和水稻秸秆混合热解的TG和DTG曲线都处在单样之间,随着水稻秸秆比例的添加,TG曲线逐渐向高温区移动;通过FWO和KAS法计算得出混合样的平均活化能在餐厨垃圾和水稻秸秆单样之下。随着水稻秸秆的掺混比增加,平均活化能呈上升趋势。餐厨垃圾热解过程中加入水稻秸秆可以降低反应的活化能,促进热解反应的进行。The treatment of kitchen waste(KW)has become a hot issue in China nowadays.In this paper,we proposed the method of"mixed pyrolysis of kitchen waste and rice straw"and investigated the pyrolysis kinetics of kitchen waste,rice straw and mixed samples using thermogravimetric experiments combined with isoconversion methods(FWO and KAS).The average activation energy of the mixed samples was calculated by FWO and KAS method,and the average activation energy of the mixed samples was below that of the single samples of kitchen waste and rice straw.The average activation energy of the mixed samples was calculated by FWO and KAS method.The addition of rice straw during the pyrolysis of kitchen waste can reduce the activation energy of the reaction and promote the pyrolysis reaction.
