摘　　要：目的 选取不同b值(3b值和5b值)的扩散峰度成像(diffusion kurtosis imaging, DKI)分析颅内深部核团DKI参数的变化及临床意义.方法 对40名健康志愿者分别进行3b值DKI(b=0,1 000,2 000)和5b值DKI(b=0,500,1 000,1 500,2 000)序列扫描,两组扫描序列所选感兴趣区分别是双侧红核、黑质、丘脑、壳核、尾状核,通过对图像进行后处理,获得平均弥散峰度(mean kurtosis, MK)、各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy, FA)、横向峰度(axial kurtosis, AK)、平均弥散率(mean diffusivity, MD)、径向峰度(radial kurtosis, RK)等参数伪彩图.比较3b值DKI组和5b值DKI组组内各参数是否有统计学差异;比较3b值DKI组和5b值DKI组组间各核团DKI参数值是否有统计学差异.结果 两组组内不同核团5项参数左右侧侧别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组组间不同核团5项参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 3b值和5b值DKI检查所得脑深部核团各参数值基本一致.Objective By selecting diffusion kurtosis imaging(diffusion kurtosis imaging,DKI)with different b values(3b values,5b values),to explore and analyze the changes of DKI parameters and their clinical significance.Method Sequence of 40 healthy volunteers were 3b values DKI(b=0,1000,2000)and 5b values DKI(b=0,500,1000,1500,2000),the interest regions of scanning sequence in the two groups were as follow:bilateral red nucleus,substantia nigra,thalamus,putamen,and caudate nucleus.The resulting images were post-processed.The obtained parameters are as follows:mean dispersion kurtosis(MK),fractional anisotropy(FA),axial kurtosis(AK),mean dispersion rate(MD),and radial kurtosis(RK).The parameters within the 3b DKI group and 5b DKI group was compared.DKI parameter values between 3b DKI and 5b DKI groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the left and right sides of 5 parameters of different nuclear groups in the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in 5 parameters of different nuclear groups between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in the accuracy of parameter values of DKI images using MR diffusion kurtosis imaging at 3b and 5b values.
