医护一体护理在改善冠心病患者运动功能、生活质量及提高满意度中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨医护一体护理在改善冠心病患者运动功能、生活质量及提高满意度中的应用.方法 选取82例冠心病患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(常规护理,41例)和观察组(医护一体护理,41例),比较两组患者运动功能、生活质量、护理满意度及心理状态.结果 观察组护理后运动持续时间、峰值功率、氧脉搏以及无氧代谢阈值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理的满意度(97.56%)高于对照组(80.49%)(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性(95.34%)高于对照组(76.75%)(P<0.05).结论 对冠心病患者实施医护一体护理能够改善患者负性情绪与运动功能,并可提升生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广.Objective To explore the application of integrated medical and nursing care in improving motor function,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease.Method A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study object and divided into control group(routine care,41 cases)and observation group(integrated medical care,41 cases)for motor function,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and psychological status.Results Exercise duration,peak power,oxygen pulse and anaerobic metabolism threshold in the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The difference was significant(P<0.05);All indexes of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.56%VS 80.49%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);The anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The compliance in the observation group(95.34%)was higher than that in the control group(76.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated medical and nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease will help improve the negative emotions and motor function of patients,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
