摘 要:为获得亚音速下不同弹体外形对机载布撒子弹药气动特性和初始外弹道性能的影响规律,采用FLUENT流体动力学计算软件对亚音速流中不同弹体外形的子弹药气动性能进行了仿真分析,建立了机载布撒子弹药的6自由度刚体外弹道分析模型,并基于龙格-库塔法求解其初始外弹道性能。研究结果表明:弹体外形影响下气体绕流表现出的层流/湍流行为是影响弹体所受气动力的重要因素。弹体头部突起对弹体气动特性影响不大;在0.72 Ma来流中,圆头弹型阻力系数和静力矩系数导数分别为0.349和0.86,相应为平头弹型的31.4%和46.7%;在总翼展面积相同时,增加尾翼数量会减小弹体所受气动升力,8片尾翼弹型的静力矩系数为6片尾翼弹形的58%;初始外弹道飞行时凹头弹型和6片尾翼弹型的攻角收敛更快,径向转动惯量增大时攻角收敛速率减慢。研究结果可为布撒武器子弹药的相关设计提供一定参考。In order to obtain the influence law of different ballistic shapes on aerodynamic characteristics of airborne dispenser submunitions and initial external ballistics under subsonic flows,this paper uses the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to simulate and analyze the aerodynamic performance of the submunitions with different body shapes under subsonic flows.A rigidsix-degree-of-freedom external ballistics model of airborne dispenser submunitions is established,and their initial external ballistic performance is solved based on Runge-Kutta methods.The result shows that the laminar/turbulent flows of air streaming under the influence of the projectile shape is the key factor which affects the aerodynamic force born by the projectile.The head protrusion of the projectile barely has any influence on its aerodynamic characteristics.Under a flow speed of 0.72 Ma,the coefficient of drag and the static moment derivative coefficient of a round-head submunition are 0.349 and 0.86 respectively,which are 31.4%and 46.7%of those of a flat-head one.With the same total wing span area,the aerodynamic lift force of the projectile decreases along with an increase of wing quantity.The static moment coefficient of the eight-wing projectile is 58%of that of the six-wing one.The angle of attack converges faster for the concaved-head projectile and the six-wing projectile in the initial external ballistics flight of the both projectiles,and the rate of attack convergence slows down when the radial rotation of inertia increases.The research results have a certain reference for the design of airborne dispenser submunitions.
