摘  要:为了研究线膛无坐力炮膛线数和弹带结构对挤进过程的影响,分别对比4种膛线数和2种弹带结构下弹丸的运动响应和挤进阻力。采用LS-DYNA软件构建了不同挤进模型进行仿真模拟,数值模拟结果表明:膛线数对挤进过的程影响远小于弹带结构的影响;双排弹带在挤进过程中气密性良好且更容易挤入膛线,较好地降低了弹带对膛线的磨损与冲击,提高了身管的使用寿命。In order to study the influence of the number of rifling and belt structure on the engraving process of rifled recoilless guns,this paper respectively compares the motion response and engraving resistance of a projectile under the condition of four different rifling numbers and two belt structures.The software LS-DYNA is used to build different engraving process models for simulation.The numerical simulation results show that the influence of the number of rifling on the engraving process is much smaller than that of the belt structure.The double-row ammunition belt has good air tightness and is easier to be squeezed into the rifling during the engraving process,which reduces the wear and impact of the belt on the rifling and prolongs the service life of the barrel.
