摘  要:针对海洋气氛模拟试验设备试验箱同一水平试验面盐雾气氛沉积率波动较大的问题,提出了利用风场数值分析研究并改善同一水平面盐雾气氛均匀性沉降的方法。以海洋气氛模拟试验设备的U型风道和试验箱为研究对象,利用ICEM-CFD和Fluent仿真软件建立了原始仿真模型进行风场分布特性仿真。根据原始试验箱内风场分布的特性对试验箱循环风口送风方式进行了优化,提出了一种新型送风方式。利用ICEM-CFD和Fluent仿真软件建立优化后的仿真模型进行风场分布特性仿真。在风机压差为100 MPa的情况下,对比分析原始和优化后风场数值曲线,结果表明:原始结构风速区间为(0.16~9.18)m/s,中心风速为0.608 8 m/s,优化后风速区间为(0.34~2.14)m/s,中心风速为1.545 5 m/s。利用优化后的送风方式有效的改善了试验箱内的风场分布均匀性,并明显提高了箱内中心风速,对于工程设计具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem that the deposition rate of salt fog atmosphere fluctuates greatly on the same horizontal test surface of the test chamber in a simulated ocean atmosphere test,this paper proposes a method of using a wind field numerical analysis to study and improve the uniform deposition of salt fog atmosphere on the same horizontal surface.Taking simulated ocean atmosphere test equipment like a U-shaped air duct and test chambers as the research objects,this paper establishes an original simulation model by using ICEM-CFD and Fluent simulation software to simulate the wind field distribution characteristics.According to the distribution characteristics of the wind field in the original test chamber,the air supply mode of the circulating air outlet in the test chamber is improved and optimized,and a new air supply mode is proposed.The optimized simulation model is established by using ICEM-CFD and Fluent simulation software to simulate the wind field distribution characteristics.Through the comparison of the numerical curves of the original and the optimized wind fields,it is shown that,when the pressure difference of the fan is 100 MPa,the wind speed range of the original structure is(0.16~9.18)m/s,and the central wind speed is 0.6088 m/s;after optimization,however,the speed range is(0.34~2.14)m/s,and the central wind speed is 1.5455 m/s.The optimized air supply mode effectively improves the uniformity of wind field distribution in the test chamber,and significantly improves the central wind speed in the chamber,which has a certain reference value for engineering design.
