摘  要:为探究叶顶间隙的改变对半开式叶轮离心泵外特性的影响,本文以一公开实验数据的半开式模型泵为研究对象,选取叶顶间隙δ分别为0.4mm、0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm、1.4mm、1.6mm、1.8mm和2.0mm九种方案,选取SST k-ω模型预测湍流,基于ANSYS-CFX对模型泵进行全流道数值模拟。通过CFD-Post对计算结果进行处理,得到不同叶顶间隙下离心泵扬程、效率、轴向力、轴功率四个参数变化情况以及不同叶顶间隙方案下间隙内流动情况,结合其曲线斜率、一阶导数值、内部流场情况进行深入分析,得出不同叶顶间隙下各参数的变化规律,为综合考虑各参数增长速度以及水泵应用的要求而设计半开式离心泵叶轮叶顶间隙值提供了一定的参考。In order to explore the influence of the change of tip clearance on the external characteristics of the semi-open impeller centrifugal pump,this paper takes a semi-open model pump with published experimental data as the research object,and selects the tip clearanceδas 0.4mm,0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm,1.4mm,1.6mm,1.8mm and 2.0mm as the nine research plans.The SST k-ωmodel is selected to predict turbulence,the model pump is numerically simulated based on ANSYS-CFX.Besides,the calculation results are processed through CFD-Post,and the four parameter changes of the centrifugal pump head,efficiency,axial force,and shaft power under different tip clearances and the flow in the clearance under the different tip clearance plans are obtained.Combining with the curve slope,the first-order derivative value and internal flow field,further analysis are made later.Finally,the change law of each parameter under different tip clearances is obtained,which provides a certain reference to the design of semi-open centrifugal pump when the growth rate of each parameter and the pump application need to be considered comprehensively.
