摘 要:调相压水已在抽水蓄能电站和部分大型常规电站中成为基本操作。目前常规设计中对水电站调相压水的中压气系统多为静态设计,其气罐容积选择满足压水操作始末两态气量平衡即可。随着抽水蓄能机组调相运行时长增加、运行工况转换频繁,压水系统的气罐容积、压水时长及系统部件温降特性等越来越受到关注。在实际工程中,连续压水气体急速降压对罐体、管路造成的温度降低已经威胁到气罐、机组运行的安全稳定。本文从气动力学、热力学角度下研究压水操作中气体的多态过程变化特征,分析气体介质在时间尺度下的压力、温度、质量流量等参数的动态变化,更加定量、直观地理解压水充气过程特征,为水电站中压气系统的精细化设计提供指导和优化思路,提高电站设计、运行阶段的经济、安全性。Condensing mode operation has become fundamental function in pumped storage power stations and conventional hydro-power stations.The designing of air supply for unit condensing mode operation is static nowadays and the balance of air quantity at two endpoints of operation is the essential factor to calculate tank volume conventionally.With the time of condensing mode operating and the switching operations between different conditions increasing,more and more attention should be paid to the volume of gas tank,the duration of condensing mode and the temperature drop of components of air supply system.The severe temperature drop of gas tank and pips which caused by rapid pressure releasing in successive condensing mode operating has threatened safety of tanks and turbine units in some hydro power stations.This paper gives another way to investigate the characteristic of gas in polytropic process and analyse the parameterschanging over time such as pressure,temperature and mass rate of flow from the view of aerodynamics and thermodynamics,which makes the process of condensing mode quantitative and understandable.The new method offers us some useful ideas in fine designing and optimizing compressed air system to improve economy and safety of hydro-power station in designing and operating stages.
