学生馆员在高校图书馆中的角色定位与管理策略研究——基于协同管理理论视角

摘　　要：由于财政紧张、高校退休潮、事业编制缩减等多重因素叠加,学生馆员越来越多地参与到高校图书馆管理服务中。本文介绍了高校图书馆的人员危机和协同管理理论在高校图书馆人力资源管理中的应用,调研了学生馆员参与高校图书馆服务管理的现状,分析了学生馆员的不同特点,探索其在高校图书馆中的角色定位,提出了具有操作性、均衡性、兼容性和约束性的高校图书馆学生馆员协同管理策略,为高校图书馆开展相关工作提供参考借鉴。Because of the financial shortage, the retirement tide and the reduction of career establishment, the student librarians are more and more involved in the management service of university library. This paper introduces the application of personnel crisis and cooperative management theory in human resource management of university library, and investigates the present situation of student librarians’ participation in the service management of university library, this paper analyzes on the different characteristics of the student librarians, probes into the role orientation of the student librarians in the university library, and advances some cooperative management strategies for the operation, balance, compatibility and constraint of the university library, it provides reference for the related work of university library.
