摘 要:采用一步水热法制备了SnO_(2)表面修饰处理的催化剂载体,并将处理后的载体用于制备涂覆式丙烯酸催化剂。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、氮气吸附的表征方法对载体和催化剂进行了表征。结果发现,经过水热法处理后的载体表面生成了针刺海胆状的SnO_(2)晶体结构。进一步考察了SnO_(2)表面修饰对载体和丙烯酸催化剂的性能影响。结果表明,采用针刺海胆结构的SnO_(2)表面修饰后的载体所制备的钼钒系丙烯酸催化剂的机械强度和选择性均有提高。A one-step hydrothermal method was used to prepare SnO_(2) surface-modified carriers that support the catalysts for propylene selective oxidation to acrylic acid.The morphology and surface area of SnO_(2) surface-modified carriers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and low-temperature N_(2) adsorption.A sea urchin-like structure of SnO_(2) layers was formed on the surface of carriers.The effect of SnO_(2) surface-modified carriers on the performance of catalysts was studied.The results from evaluation of catalytic performance showed that SnO_(2) surface-modified carriers could improve the mechanical strength and selectivity of Mo-V compound catalysts.
