摘 要:制备出吸附效率更高、价廉易得的生物质碳材料具有十分重要的意义。以椰壳为原料,经过碱预处理后再高温碳化后得到中空椰壳生物质碳。碱活化碳化提供了丰富的含氧官能团、中空的大孔和粗糙结构。经过吸附实验后发现改性后的中空椰壳对25 ppm亚甲基蓝的去除率为96.09%。当pH从6.8调至10时,对亚甲基蓝的去除率仍高达94.85%。该研究为以后新的改性技术和染料废水的处理提供了有效的思路。It is very important to prepare biomass carbon materials with higher adsorption efficiency and low price.Coconut shell as raw material,after alkali pretreatment and high temperature carbonization,hollow coconut shell biomass carbon was obtained.It was found that alkali-activated carbonization provided abundant oxygen-containing functional groups,large hollow pores and rough structure.After adsorption experiment,it was found that the adsorption capacity of 25 ppm methylene blue by modified hollow coconut shell could reach 96.09%.When pH was adjusted from 6.8 to 10,the adsorption capacity was still up to 94.85%.An effective idea was provided for the new modification technology and the treatment of dye waste water.
