丙烯球罐工艺系统设计

摘　　要：依据丙烯介质的属性及工作参数、设计参数,确定应采用压力球罐进行贮存丙烯,丙烯球罐采用07MnNiMoDR低温用压力容器钢板,其开口应尽量少并且集中在上极板处。通过工艺系统的安全设计,包括安全阀的计算、注水及脱水系统设计、出料系统的设计,全面保证丙烯球罐的设计的合理性和安全性。并设置温度控制、压力控制、液位控制、可燃气体检测报警的仪表控制系统,确保丙烯球罐的正常运行。According to the properties,working parameters and design parameters of the propylene medium,it was determined that the pressure spherical tank should be used to store propylene and the pressure vessel steel plate 07MnNiMoDR should be used for the propylene spherical tank.Through the safety design of the process system,including the calculation of the safety valve,the design of the water injection and dewatering system,and the discharge system,the rationality and safety for the design of the propylene spherical tank were fully ensured,and the temperature control,pressure control,liquid level control,combustible gas detection alarm instrument control systemwere set up to ensure the normal operation of the propylene spherical tank.
