南海某油田多胶质原油破乳剂的评价与应用

摘　　要：针对南海某油田多胶质原油,通过破乳剂优化筛选,配伍性试验,现场试验,研究了破乳剂OP-19对多胶质原油的处理效果,并开展了在南海某油田现场的应用效果。结果表明:破乳剂OP-19在加注浓度75 mg/kg时,效果良好,分离器油相出口含水从11%降低至5.4%,极大减轻了下游处理系统的压力。现场流程稳定,试验期间污水系统水质正常,满足现场要求。通过本次优化评选试验,破乳剂用量降低了约7%的注入量。According to the properties of rich resin crude oil in an oilfield in Nanhai sea,the application effect of demulsifier OP-19 in the crude oil treatment system of an offshore oilfield was studied through evaluation,compatibility test and application test.The results showed that when the filling concentration of demulsifier OP-19 was 75 mg/kg,the water content of the crude oil at the outlet of the separator was significantly reduced from 11%to 5.4%,significantly released the stress of the downstream process system.The on-site process operated stably,which had no adverse impact on the sewage system and met the needs of the field.Through the test,demulsifier OP-19 could reduce 7%injection dosage.
