浅谈提高聚丙烯装置丙烯收率的措施及效果

摘　　要：延安石油化工厂聚丙烯装置采用国产化第二代环管聚丙烯液相本体工艺技术,2009年建成投运,在实际运行过程中受装置开停工、原料中杂质、设备运行工况等因素影响,装置收率达不到设计指标,造成丙烯收率低,不但浪费丙烯资源,增加生产成本,还污染环境。本文对影响丙烯收率的因素进行了分析,提出了相应措施,收到了明显效果,生产过程丙烯收率达到96.5%以上。The polypropylene plant of Yan an Petrochemical Plant adopts the second generation of domestic looped polypropylene liquid phase body technology,which was completed and put into operation in 2009.In the actual operation process,affected by the factors such as the opening and closing of the device,impuritied in the raw materials and equipment operating conditions,the yield of the device cannot reach the design index,resulting in low yield of propylene,which not only wasted propylene resources,increased the production cost,but also pollened the environment.The factors affecting the yield of propylene were analyzed,and the corresponding measures were put forward.Obvious results were obtained,and the yield of propylene in the production process was more than 96.5%.
