摘　　要：为促进学生掌握有关化学基础知识,同时获得较强的创新意识和能力,提升化学师范生实验能力。结合我校化学实验室管理的实际情况,组建一线基础化学实验研究教师团队和学生团队。利用准备实验环节,加强基础训练,夯实操作基础。尝试将研究成果转化为课程资源,丰富教学实验项目;开放实验室为学生提供科研场所。通过“问卷网”在线平台构建信息化管理平台,弥补开放实验存在的不足。推进开放实验、提高教学质量,提升了本科化学师范生实验能力,形成了“教学研究成果—优质资源”的实验教学模式。In order to help students to master the basic knowledge of chemistry,obtain a strong sense of innovation and innovation ability,and enhance experimental ability of chemistry normal major students,combining the actual situation of our school s chemical laboratory management,a teachers and students team of front-line basic chemistry experiment research was set up.Making use of the preparation experiment,basic training was strengthened,and the foundation of operation was consolidated.Scientific research results were into tried to transform curriculum resources,teaching experiment projects were enriched,laboratories were opened to provide students with scientific research places.An information management platform through the online platform of“Questionnaire Net”was constructed to make up for the shortcomings of open experiments.Promoting open experiments,improving teaching quality,and enhancing undergraduates independent scientific research capabilities,a way to drive teaching through scientific research was formed,inheriting the spirit of scientific research through teaching,and realizing teaching and scientific research to have a double harvest.
