低产潜油电潜泵井生产制度优化

摘  要:针对地层能量补充较弱的油井,油田多采用人工举升,某海上石油生产平台N1H井位于该圈闭底部,油层距离气层较远,且边底水不活跃,考虑油气藏的特性,投产初期即采用电潜泵采油。近年来该井产量迅速降低,井底流压下降明显,如何稳定产量成为亟待解决的问题。N1H井所在储层能量不断降低,需制定合理生产方式以适应油藏变化,提高地层补液能力或降低采液速度可稳定N1H井产量。研究发现,当N1H井电潜泵频率调整至48 Hz时,达到稳产要求下最大产量,N1H井可达到稳产下最大产液量30 m^(3)。For oil wells with weak formation energy supplement,artif icial lift is often used in oil f ields.Well N1H of an offshore oil production platform is located at the bottom of the trap.The oil layer is far from the gas layer,and the edge and bottom water are not active.Considering the characteristics of oil and gas reservoirs,electric submersible pumps are used for oil production at the initial stage of production.In recent years,the production of this well has decreased rapidly,and the bottom hole flowing pressure has decreased signif icantly.How to stabilize the production has become an urgent problem to be solved.The energy of the reservoir where well N1H is located is continuously decreasing,so it is necessary to formulate a reasonable production mode to adapt to the changes of the reservoir,improve the formation fluid replenishment capacity or reduce the fluid production rate to stabilize the production of well N1H.It is found that when the frequency of electric submersible pump of well N1H is adjusted to 48 Hz,the maximum production under stable production requirements can be achieved,and the maximum liquid production under stable production of well N1H can be 30 m^(3).
