摘　　要：文章应用全过程理念,针对膜分离设备,明确质量监理的重点为发挥设备监理人对关键环节控制作用,采用重点部位及关键工序的控制方法,以及用“PDCA”以保证目标实现。平衡质量与进度、投资、安全、信息等监理目标间互相制约关系,提升设备监理实践应用体系对质量的控制。In this paper,the whole process concept is applied to the membrane separation equipment and the key quality supervision to play the control role of equipment supervisor in key links,adopt the control method of key parts and key processes,and use PDCA to ensure the realization of goals.Balance the quality and progress,investment,safety,information and other supervision objectives of the mutual restriction relationship,improve the equipment supervision practice application system of quality control.
