摘 要:随着海底管道挠性管从浅水区到深水区越来越广泛的应用,其安全运行状况直接关系到油气田的开采、运输等生产活动。考虑挠性管所处海底环境复杂多变,且存在多种潜在风险,因此,对其失效因素及应对措施的研究势在必行。文章在分析汇总海底挠性管各层失效模式和失效因素的基础上,对比钢制海底管道,有针对性的给出在役挠性管的风险管控措施,并提出应用过程中的关注要点。As the flexible pipes for submarine pipelines are more and more widely used from shallow water to deep water,its safe operation is directly related to the oil and gas f ield exploitation and transportation production activities.Considering that the submarine environment where the flexible pipes located is complex and there are many potential failures,it is very necessary to study its failure factors and control measures.Compared with steel submarine pipelines,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the failure modes and failure factors of each layer of submarine flexible pipes,this paper gives targeted risk management and control measures for in-service submarine flexible pipes,and puts forward the key points in the implementation process.
