摘 要:深水气井完井作业过程中,刮管洗井是关键的一步,井筒的清洁程度影响水下采油树系统的油管挂的下入和水下采油树阀门的开关,残留的杂质会对油气储层的造成污染,影响气井的产能,同时残留的杂质堵塞后期清井返排通道,影响气井清井返排作业,导致各种复杂情况出现。深水完井井筒清洁难点,在于井深、井斜以及隔水管内径大,套管内的洗井液进入隔水管后,环空返速降低,造成杂质在水下防喷器中沉降,无法顺利返出至井口。文章介绍新型井筒清洁工具,通过优化清洁工具组合,能够大幅度提高完井洗井作业质量,保障井筒干净,在深水完井洗井得到大规模的推广和应用。During the completion operation of deep-water gas wells,pipe scraping and well cleaning is a key step.The cleanliness of the wellbore affects the running of the tubing hanger of the underwater Christmas tree system and the opening and closing of the underwater Christmas tree valve.The residual impurities will pollute the oil and gas reservoir and affect the productivity of the gas well.At the same time,the residual impurities will block the well cleaning and flowback channel in the later stage,affect the well cleaning and flowback operation of the gas well,resulting in various complex situations.The diff iculty of wellbore cleaning in deep-water completion lies in the large well depth,well deviation and riser inner diameter.After the well cleaning fluid in the casing enters the riser,the annulus return velocity decreases,causing impurities to settle in the underwater blowout preventer and fail to return to the wellhead smoothly.This paper introduces a new type of wellbore cleaning tool.By optimizing the combination of cleaning tools,the quality of well completion and cleaning can be greatly improved,and the wellbore can be ensured to be clean.It has been popularized and applied on a large scale in deepwater well completion and cleaning.
