摘　　要：目前,土壤中甲醇含量没有适宜检测方法标准,在土壤调查和修复过程中,在某些特定场所经常需要了解土壤中甲醇含量,为进一步的工作提供依据,这就需要采用一定的方法,初步判断甲醇的含量。文章先将土壤中甲醇提取到水溶液中,用硫酸调节水溶液pH值小于等于2,在调节好的溶液中,加入高锰酸钾将甲醇氧化成甲醛,加入变色酸,变色酸和甲醛反应,生成紫色化合物,采用分光光度法外标法定量。实验和数据分析表明,采用分光光度法测定土壤中甲醇含量方法可行。At present,there is no suitable test method standard for methanol content in soil.During soil investigation and remediation,it is often necessary to know the methanol content in soil in some specif ic places to provide basis for further work,which requires a certain method to preliminarily determine the methanol content.Firstly,methanol in the soil is extracted into the aqueous solution,and the pH of the aqueous solution is adjusted by sulfuric acid to be less than or equal to 2.In the adjusted solution,potassium permanganate is added to oxidize methanol to formaldehyde,and chromotropic acid is added to react with formaldehyde to produce purple compounds,which are quantif ied by spectrophotometry external standard method.Experiments and data analysis show that the method of determining methanol content in soil by spectrophotometry is feasible.
