摘 要:随着科技的发展,航空航天、汽车等行业的工业生产要求不断提升,燃气轮机、涡轮叶片机匣等领域高温部件,为了适应整体工业生产的要求,对原材料性能的要求也随之提高。镍基铸造制备高温合金材料零部件方式,能够在性能及处理方式上,满足各个领域工业生产对原材料的要求。除此之外,热处理是高温合金生产过程中不可或缺的工艺,能够通过改变合金的微观组织来提升合金的耐热性、抗腐蚀性等性能,在镍基铸造高温合金制备零部件的过程中,热处理工艺地位重要。文章介绍了镍基铸造高温合金的发展历程和热处理技术及其对结构和性能的影响,阐述了镍基铸造高温合金热处理技术的发展现状和趋势。With the development of technology,industrial production requirements led by the field of aerospace and automobile are also rising.High temperature components such as gas turbine and turbine blade casing,in order to meet the needs of the overall industrial production,the requirements for raw materials performance are also improved.The preparation of superalloy materials for parts by nickel-based casting superalloy can meet the needs of raw materials for industrial production in various fields in terms of properties and treatment methods.In addition,heat treatment is an indispensable process in the production of superalloy,which can improve the heat resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties of the alloy by changing the microstructure of the alloy.In the process of preparing superalloy materials for parts of nickel-based casting superalloy,heat treatment process has always played an important role.This paper introduces the development process and heat treatment technology of nickel-based casting superalloy and its influence on its microstructure and properties.
