摘  要:以峡江水利枢纽库区防护工程管理为例,针对库区防护工程功能要求,借助先进管理理念和技术,构建水利工程运维现代化管理体系,实现库区防护工程现代化管理,确保水利工程安全运行和效益正常发挥,从而实现水利工程管理精细化、数字化、智能化,逐步形成具有峡江工程特色的“1234”水利工程管理模式。实践表明,该模式可有效保障工程安全运行,提升管理效率,降低管理成本,具有一定的推广借鉴价值。Taking the management of protective engineering in the reservoir area of the Xiajiang Project as an example,a modern management system with advanced management ideas is created for wate engineering operation and maintenance.According to functional requirements of protective engineering in the reservoir area,advanced technical approaches are employed for modern management,in order to ensure safe operation and normal performance.It can help to achieve refinement,digitization,and intelligence in water project management,and form a typical model of project management with characteristics of the Xiajiang Project.The practice shows that the model has extension value which can effectively ensure the safe operation of project,improve management efficiency,and reduce management costs.
