摘　　要：水文是水利工作和经济社会发展的重要支撑。为全面提升首都水文水资源管理水平、提高水文服务能力,以更好地适应首都水资源调度和水旱灾害防御等工作需求,基于北京市水文发展现状和存在的问题,结合新时期北京水务发展对水文工作提出的新要求,从水文监测站网布局、监测能力、管理机制、信息化服务等方面开展探究,提出新时期北京水文规划工作的重点任务,为进一步完善北京市水文监测站网体系、提升水文现代化监测水平等工作提供参考。Hydrology has been the backbone for water undertaking and economic and social development.In order to improve the overall level of managing hydrological and water resources,the capacity of hydrological service,and better adapt to the needs of Beijing such as water resource scheduling and flood and drought disaster prevention,key tasks of hydrological planning in the new era are proposed based on examination of existing problems in the current situation of hydrological development in Beijing.In line with the new requirements to hydrological development proposed by water industry development in the new era,an indepth analysis was conducted from the aspects of layout of hydrological monitoring station network,capability of monitoring,management mechanism and information services,so as to provide experience for further improvement and enhancing the level of hydrological monitoring in Beijing.
