摘 要:在分析橡皮筋和振动盘料道的尺寸关系基础上研究橡皮筋在振动盘上的运动状态,通过分析振动盘结构和输送物料之间的关系,得出橡皮筋与振动盘料道之间的参数关系并以某种尺寸的橡皮筋进行计算,进一步分析橡皮筋在该振动盘上的运动状态,得出橡皮筋的运动曲线以及理想运动状态的约束条件,分析计算该条件下橡皮筋振动盘的固有频率,为设定激振电压频率范围提供参考。在给定的条件下计算橡皮筋在电磁铁通电时保证理想运动状态的条件为加速度a1大于5.88m/s^(2),且小于2Π^(2)f^(2)A;在电磁铁断电时保证理想运动状态的条件为橡皮筋的加速度a_(2)小于4.06m/s^(2)。振动盘的固有频率为73.83Hz。为分离橡皮筋的振动盘的设计提供了理论依据。To study the motion state of rubber band on vibrating disk based on the analysis of the size relationship between rubber band and vibrating disk.By analyzing the relationship between the structure of the vibrating disc and the conveying materials,the parameter relationship between the rubber band and the material channel of the vibrating disc is obtained,and the calculation is carried out with a rubber band of a certain size.The motion state of the rubber band on the vibrating disc is further analyzed,the motion curve of the rubber band and the constraint conditions of the ideal motion state are obtained,and the natural frequency of the rubber band vibrating disc under this condition is analyzed and calculated.It provides a reference for setting the frequency range of excitation voltage.The condition for calculating the ideal motion state of the rubber band when the electromagnet is energized is that the acceleration a1 is greater than 5.88 m/s^(2) and less than 2Π^(2)f^(2)A.When the electromagnet is powered off,the condition to ensure the ideal motion state is that the acceleration a_(2) of the rubber band is less than 4.06 m/s^(2).The natural frequency of the vibrating disk is 73.83 Hz.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of vibrating plate separating rubber band.
