摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚硅氧烷嵌段聚醚、二乙醇胺(DEA)作为原料,通过反应官能团异单体法制备了超支化有机硅嵌段水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂(HBP-SiWPU)。探究物料比对乳液性能的影响,采用FT-IR、^(13)C NMR对HBP-SiWPU进行表征;并对腈纶针织物进行抗起毛起球整理。结果表明:当预聚R值[预聚阶段n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]为4、超支化物料比[n(DEA)/n(预聚体)]为1.2时,HBP-SiWPU乳液稳定性较好;整理的腈纶针织物抗起毛起球性能为2~3级,与原布相比提升了1级,色差较小,手感较好。The hyperbranched silicone block waterborne polyurethane anti-pilling agent(HBP-SiWPU)was prepared by reactive functional group heteromonomer method using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polysi⁃loxane block polyether and diethanolamine(DEA)as raw materials.The effect of material ratio on the proper⁃ties of the emulsion was explored,and the HBP-SiWPU was characterized by FT-IR and ^(13)C NMR,and the acrylic fabric was subjected to anti-pilling finishing.The results showed that when the prepolymer R value[n(-NCO)/n(-OH)]during prepolymerization)]was 4 and the hyperbranched material ratio[n(DEA)/n(prepolymer)]was 1.2,the HBP-SiWPU emulsion had good stability.The anti-pilling performance of the finished acrylic knit⁃ted fabric was 2~3 grades,which was 1 grade higher than the original fabric.HBP-SiWPU afforded the fin⁃ished textile with more excellent surface and softness performance than the untreated textile,and had no neg⁃ative effect on the color difference of finished textile.
