摘  要:通过界面聚合法,采用SDS和Span作为乳化剂,利用单体IPDI与催化剂四甲基乙二胺反应聚合形成壁材,包覆香茅醛与辛葵酸甘油酯,制备天然香茅纳米胶囊。通过改进芯壁比、香茅油与油相乳化剂的比例、超声温度与时间、聚合反应温度与时间、催化剂用量和添加方式、致孔剂用量、乳化剂用量等对制备工艺进行优化,得到制备香茅醛纳米胶囊的优化聚合工艺。Natural citronella nanocapsules were prepared by interfacial polymerization using SDS and Span as emulsifiers,using monomer IPDI and catalyst tetramethylethylenediamine to polymerize to form wall material,coating citronellal and caprylic glyceride.The preparation process was optimized by improving the core-wall ratio,the ratio of citronella oil to oil-phase emulsifier,ultrasonic temperature and time,polymeriza⁃tion reaction temperature and time,the amount and adding method of catalyst,the amount of pore forming agent,and the amount of emulsifier,and the optimized polymerization process for preparing citronellal nano⁃capsules was obtained.
